We’ve closed our studios in New York and Los Angeles to keep our staff and our communities safe in light of COVID-19, but we’re still here for you! You can, of course, browse our full collection at hem.com. And our East and West Coast teams are available to give virtual collection tours over video, and by email or over the phone for questions, comments, work-from-home tips, or just to say hej!
Our Chicago warehouse is still making deliveries, and is well-stocked across our full collection. The warehouse team is working on staggered hours and regularly washing hands and sanitizing surfaces to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We aren’t currently accommodating indoor delivery, but will leave your items curbside for you to bring inside.
To keep our team safe, we’re currently sending samples once per week and cannot accommodate rush sample orders. If you’re a Hem Pro client, you can place a free sample order by logging into your account.
When we do re-open our U.S. locations, our staff will be regularly sanitizing their hands and surfaces between guests. We ask that upon entry you use the provided hand sanitizer at the door, and wear a cloth face covering.
