Budding Relationships - Case Studies in Localism

This six minute video highlights the Kino movement, and how it might relate to telecom TV and localism. Kino grew from 1 local to 50 international chapters in 5 years. IPTV (originally ATM) grew from 0 to 200 telco's in 5 years. The television networks have already picked up on new concepts in content. Are telco's ready for the same"Kick" into action?
