Short video produced for UW Law School Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic – Madison, WI.

The Legal Clinic is program in which law students provide essential legal services to start-up entrepreneurs on campus. Students, trained in the legal challenges of creating a new business, will counsel their clients in diverse matters including corporate structure, finance, intellectual property, tax, insurance and other legal issues confronting the new business.
